Jakub is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at University of Gdańsk. During the studies, which have been carried out pursuant to an Individual Education Programme, he was a multiple winner of scholarships for the best academic performance and for social activities. Since 2015 he has been an advocate trainee and a member of the Pomeranian Bar Association.
From the very beginning of his legal education he gained experience in Poland and abroad during a number of student internships. Then he worked in one of the largest law firms in Pomerania, where he participated in providing legal services to leading Polish entrepreneurs from the port industry, shipping, real estate development and construction sectors in investment processes of key importance for the local economy. In addition, he held an internship in the legal department of one of the top IT companies in Vienna, where he prepared draft agreements in international trade.
He took part in the procedure of due diligence of a port company and in negotiations with trade union representatives.
He is competent in providing legal services to entrepreneurs as well as in drafting and evaluation of contracts, also in English. Moreover, he deals with tax law.
He is fluent in English and German.
